Founded in 1802, West Point is entwined with the history of our nation. The DVQ Quarters in Historic Building 109 were built in 1875 and occupy one of the most scenic and picturesque sites high above the Hudson River at West Point. With Lend Lease, Paragon Construction contributed to the restoration and renovation including electrical and life safety improvement work.
