Maranatha – Lodge Renovation. Maranatha is an 80+ acre vacation destination and retreat/conference center located on a private Lake Michigan beachfront. At this facility, Paragon Construction managed the full asbestos abatement of the original drywall components and replaced all finishes and FF&E in the 44 room facility. Electrical and data systems were updated along with adding new fire and security systems.
