Don joined Paragon Construction in 2020 coming in with more than seven years of experience in the construction business. Don oversees the implementation of construction project safety and loss prevention programs for assigned projects to prevent accidents. Taking on the role of Business Development Manager, Don is responsible for active participation in the pre-construction phase, project timeline management, ensuring that projects are built on time and according to company policies and procedures, and managing assistant superintendents as well as other field personnel.

Prior to Paragon, Don was Director of Asset Management with Lendlease working in partnership with the Army leadership and IHG to manage the Privatized Army Lodging (PAL) program.

Don attended University of Georgia where he earned his Bachelor’s degree followed by a Masters of Business Administration Degree from Georgia State University. Don currently resides in Tennessee where he is married to his wife and is a father of two children. He is an avid University of Georgia football fan and loves to travel, listen to country music, hike, and partake in golfing activities.
