Sydney joined Paragon Construction in 2019 taking on the role of Project Manager. Her responsibilities include budget development and management, active participation in the pre-construction phase, and managing assistant superintendents as well as other personnel. Sydney is in charge of project timeline management making sure that deadlines are met and ensuring projects adhere to company policies and procedures. In Sydney’s three years with Paragon she has worked on and is currently working on multiple military installations for the MHPI program. 

Sydney attended Georgia State University where she earned her Bachelor of Arts. She currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia. Outside of work Sydney enjoys hiking, traveling, reading, and biking.
